Accommodations
Meeting participants from outside of Kobe are asked to secure their own accommodations. Information on area hotels is available for download in English, and Japanese.
Submitting an Application
To apply to participate in the UK-APDBN Meeting, please download the Application Form, fill in all required information and send an email with the title "UK-APDBN APPLICATION FORM" with the completed form as an attachment to: uk-apdbn@apdbn.org It is not necessary to submit a poster abstract to apply, but preference will be given to applicants who do submit abstracts.
Submitting Abstracts for Poster Presentations
The organizers of the UK-APDBN joint meeting encourage all registrants to submit asbtracts for poster presentations for the Poster Session to be held in conjunction with the invited talks. A number of poster submissions will be selected to give short talks during the oral presentation sesssions.
The deadline for meeting registration and poster abstract submission is December 8, 2006. Prior to submitting an abstract, please download the Sample Abstract and follow the instructions for formatting. To submit your abstract, please send the data along with your completed application form as email attachments to: uk-apdbn@apdbn.org.
Poster format
The panel is 180 cm (height) by 90 cm (width). A poster number will be provided in advance.
The poster sessions will be held in the Exhibition Hall next to the Auditorium.
